Fee Schedule

Consultation:

Consultation Only - Not Representation
Mr. Hughes $325 per hour
Mr. Gwinup $275 per hour
Ms. Englund $225 per hour
Ms. Nerwinski $125 per hour
1/2 hour minimum

Mediation:

Two-hour sessions, pre-paid; drafting of agreement hourly with $1500 deposit in advance. Mr. Hughes encourages mediation where practicable.

Representation:

In certain circumstances (e.g., uncontested dissolution single court appearance) we are able to arrange to perform specific services for a fixed fee. Contact our office to discuss this further.
